Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://tandcmovingservice.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. T & C Moving Service reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, T & C Moving Service markets and arranges Residential Moving, Commercial Moving, Office Moving, Furniture Moving, Piano Moving, Storage Moving, Freight Moving. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by T & C Moving Service or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Choice of Law. TX law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of TX, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Modifications. T & C Moving Service may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
